One Million Seconds

Terms of sale

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy seconds on One Million Seconds. The seller is the organizer of One Million Seconds, based in Jordan. Contact: (our email address, coming soon).

1. What you buy

A live stream runs for exactly 1,000,000 seconds, from Tuesday 22 December 2026 at 17:00 UTC to Sunday 3 January 2027 at 06:46:40 UTC. When you buy seconds, you buy the right to have your name, message, link, color and, if available, logo shown on the stream during those seconds, and in the recording published afterwards.

You do not buy ownership of the stream, the website, the recording or the time itself. Your purchase is personal and cannot be resold.

2. Prices and payment

2a. Minimum goal (all-or-nothing)

The stream only takes place if at least 5,000 seconds are sold by 1 December 2026 at 20:59:59 UTC. If fewer are sold, we cancel the stream and give every buyer a full refund to the PayPal account or card they paid with, within 10 days. In that case we owe nothing further.

3. Review and content rules

A person reviews every purchase before it goes on air. We will reject content that:

We may reject any submission, and we may remove a link while keeping your name and message. If we reject your content before it airs, you get a full refund. If content is found to break these rules after approval, we may remove it.

4. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the name, message, link and logo you submit. You allow us to show them on the stream, in the recording, on this website (for example in "Find a second" and on the grid) and in screenshots promoting the project. This permission is worldwide, free of charge and doesn't end, because the stream and recording can't be changed afterwards. You keep all other rights to your content.

5. Timing

All times in these terms are in UTC (world time); the website shows them in your own time zone. Your seconds go on air in the stream at the stated time. Viewers on YouTube usually see the stream a few seconds later; that is normal and not a fault.

6. Technical problems

We run the stream with automatic recovery, but internet streams can be interrupted. If your seconds are not shown because of a problem on our side or at YouTube, tell us within 14 days after the stream ends. You can choose a free replacement slot of the same length during the remaining stream (if any) or a refund for the seconds that were not shown.

7. The recording

After the stream, we plan to publish the full recording on YouTube in parts, and to give every buyer a link to their moment. The recording is re-created from the same data that was shown live. We can't guarantee how long YouTube or any other service keeps it online.

8. Refunds

See our Refund policy.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version shown when you paid applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly.
