Refund policy

We want every buyer to be happy with their moment. Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with, usually within 5 business days of our approval (PayPal may take longer to show it).
Automatic full refunds
- Rejected content: if we don't approve your name, message, link or logo, you get a full refund. You can then buy again with different content.
- Technical problems: if your seconds were not shown because of a problem on our side or at YouTube, you can choose a refund for those seconds or a free replacement slot (see the Terms, section 6).
- Goal not reached: if fewer than 5,000 seconds are sold by 1 December 2026, the stream is cancelled and everyone is refunded in full within 10 days.
- Payment problems: if a payment arrives for seconds that someone else already took, or with the wrong amount, we refund it.
Changing your mind
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying, as long as it is at least 48 hours before your seconds go on air. Your seconds then go back on sale. After that, purchases can't be cancelled, because your seconds can no longer be sold to anyone else.
Changing your content
Before your seconds air, you can ask us to change your name, message, link or color instead of a refund. The new content is reviewed like any other.

Email (our email address, coming soon) with the link to your purchase page (the "Your seconds" page you saw after paying) and what you would like. Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute; it is faster for both of us.
